  • ShaunV -- we are at an impasse. I understand where you are coming from, and I by no means advocate loaning money to deadbeats. My point of view places responsibility at the origin of the loan. Your point of view places the blame on the backing of those loans by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

  • Waynester, you are right, I miscalculated. It is actually .06%. I had to use excel to verify it, but $30 billion divided by $450 billion is .066666
